摘 要:利用HCl、NaOH对活化后的粉煤灰进行酸碱浸提,并以改性粉煤灰为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了粉煤灰负载Cu^(2+)掺杂的TiO_2基复合材料(Cu^(2+)-TiO_2/FCA),然后用其处理煤气化废水,通过测定不同条件下气化废水降解后COD的值,研究了降解温度、投放量、Cu^(2+)掺杂量对催化剂活性的影响,最后利用XRD、SEM等对光催化剂的形貌和晶型结构进行了表征,研究粉煤灰负载TiO_2基材料的光催化可能机理。结果表明,Cu^(2+)掺杂量为10%的Cu^(2+)-TiO_2/FCA复合材料对于200 m L、COD初始浓度为863.5 mg/L的煤气化废水在温度60℃、投放量4 g时,光催化效果才能达到最佳,COD降解率达到90.1%。The actives fly ash was leached by HCl and NaOH ,the Cu2+doping TiO2 based composites ma-terial ( Cu2+-TiO2/FCA) was prepared on the leached fly ash by sol-gel process and used to treatment coal gasification wastewater ,then the effect of degradation temperature ,dosage,doping amount of Cu 2+ion on catalytic activity was studied by measured the COD value of gasification wastewater degradation .More-over ,the crystal phase and morphology of photocatalyst were investigated by XRD and SEM in order to ex -plain the possible mechanism .The results indicated that photocatalytic effect achieved the best when Cu 2+doping amount of composites material was 10%, the treatment condition was that the temperature 60 ℃and the dosage 4 g for coal gasification wastewater 200 mL and initial COD 863 .5 mg/L,the COD degra-dation rate reached 90 .1%.
