四甘醇复合溶剂精制再生废润滑油的研究  被引量:3

摘  要:采用四甘醇和环丁砜为复合溶剂,通过单因素法,考察了精制温度、剂油比、环丁砜添加量对废润滑油精制效果的影响。在精制温度为105℃、剂油比(体积比)为2∶1,环丁砜添加量(质量分数)为20%的最佳工艺条件下,所得再生油的收率为85.1%、100℃运动黏度为4.03 mm2/s,黏度指数为135、折光率为1.457 2、色度为2.5、凝点为-21.6℃、残炭量为0.585%,基本达到我国润滑油基础油HVI150的质量标准。同时采用SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)软件进行线性回归,得出了再生油黏度与精制温度、剂油体积比、环丁砜添加量的回归方程。Using tetraethylene glycol and sulfolance as composite solvent ,effects of refining temperature , volume ratio of reagent to oil ,and the amount of sulfolance to the regeneration were deliberated by single factor method.The results show that the refining temperature is 105 ℃,catalyst to oil ratio is 2∶1,ethyl-ene glycol additive amount is 20%,refining waste oil effect is best .Under the suitable process condition , the physical properties of regeneration oil is listed as follows:the total oil yield is 85 .1%,motion viscosity (100℃) is 4.03 mm2/s,viscosity index is 135,refractive index(25℃) is 1.475 2,chromaticity is 2.5, solidifying point is -21 .6 ℃,carbon residue is 0 .585%.The regeneration oil has reached the standard of China’s lubricate base oil HVI150.Meanwhile,using SPSS software to linear regression ,derived the re-gression equation of regenerative refined oil viscosity index ,refining temperature ,solvent to oil volume ra-tio and the sulfolance content .
