摘　　要：硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺是中国现阶段主要采用的生产方案。该工艺生产过程中产生的"三废"排放量大、环境污染重,一直是该工艺进一步推广发展的制约因素。以硫酸法钛白粉生产方案为研究主体,通过研究硫-磷-钛和硫-铵-钛这2种现有的循环经济模式的效能,寻找最优的钛白粉生产模式。并分析了攀西地区钛白粉企业循环经济发展中存在的困难和问题,对攀西地区钛白粉行业发展循环经济提出了相关建议。The production process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method is the main production plan in China at the present. The ＇three-waste＇ produced during the production was large in quantity and serious in pollution.It has always been restricting the further promotion of the technology.By focusing on the titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process ,the effects of two circular economy patterns of S-P-Ti and S-NH4-Ti were analyzed so as to find the best production pattern of titanium dioxide.The difficulties and problems existing in the development of circular economy of titanium dioxide enterprises in Panzhihua Xichang area were also analyzed. Some suggestions on the development of circular economy for titanium dioxide industry in Panzhihua Xiehang area were put forward.
