摘 要:层状二硅酸钠因具有优良的助洗、绿色环保特性,被认为是最具发展前景的洗涤助剂,但商业化层状二硅酸钠的钙镁离子交换能力不高。为此,探索了添加助剂(KCl)制备高钙镁离子交换能力层状二硅酸钠的工艺规律,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外(FT-IR)等手段对产物进行表征。研究结果表明:加入KCl[n(K)∶n(Si)=0.015],在680℃煅烧0.5 h得到了高钙镁交换能力(分别为360 mg/g和430 mg/g)的层状二硅酸钠。Due to the characteristics of excellent builder and environmental protection etc.,the layered sodium silicate is considered as the most promising detergent builder, but commercialized layered sodium disilicate's calcium and magnesium ions exchange capacity is not high.Therefore,the preparation process law of layered sodium disilieate with high calcium and magnesium ion exchange capacity by adding KC1 was explored.The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared (FT-IR).Results showed that : under the conditions of adding KC1 [ n (K) :n (Si) =0.015 ], calcination temperature of 680 ℃, and calcination time of 0.5 h, a high calcium and magnesium exchange capacity (360 mg/g and 430 mg/g respectively) layered sodium disilicate was obtained.
