摘  要:通过室内实验,对白龟湖湿地常见的挺水植物芦苇,在春季倒伏后的腐解过程以及其对水质的影响进行了研究,共设置了3个生物量密度,2 g/L、4 g/L和8g/L,记为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组。结果表明:实验结束时,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组失重率分别达到了19.83%、20.53%和22.71%。三个处理组芦苇腐解速率存在一定差异,但总体变化趋势相似。腐解过程中,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组植物残体TN和TP浓度的变化趋势一致,实验结束时,TN含量分别为4.32 mg/g、3.88 mg/g和4.35 mg/g,TP含量分别为0.21 mg/g、0.22 mg/g和0.20 mg/g,无显著差异,不同生物量密度的植物残体腐解时对水质影响程度不同。实验初期,植物残体向水体中释放大量N、P营养物质,水质因生物量密度不同而差异较大,实验后期,各组水质差异减小。此外,适量植物残体的存在有助于水体氮元素的循环,降低水体氮负荷。An indoor experiment was carried out to study the decomposition process of Phragmites australis,typical emergent plant in Baigui Lake wetland,in spring after lodging in water and subsequent influence on water quality. Three different biomass densities,2,4 and 8 g / L,were set and marked asⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ group,respectively. At the end of experiment,the weight loss of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ group was 19. 83%,20. 53% and 22. 71%,respectively. Among the three groups,the decomposition rate has some differences,but its trend was similar.During the decomposition process,the dynamics of TN and TP concentration of plant residues showed the same variation trend among the Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups. At the end of experiment,the value of TN was 4. 32,3. 88 and4. 35 mg / g,respectively,and the value of TP was 0. 21,0. 22 and 0. 20 mg / g,respectively. And all of these showed no significant difference. The different effects on water quality due to different biomass density of plantresidues. Initially,the plant residues released a lot of N and P nutrients into the water,a large difference was observed in water quality among the Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and control group. And the differences were disappeared at the end of the experiment. Especially,the existence of moderate plant residues could effectively promote the N cycles in water and decrease the water N load.
