摘 要:利用黄豆壳合成纳米零价铁磁性生物炭(n ZVI-MBC)材料,运用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其理化性质进行表征,探讨其对2,4,6-三氯苯酚(2,4,6-TCP)吸附机制,并考察溶液p H和n ZVI-MBC投加量等因素对吸附效果的影响。表征结果显示:n ZVI-MBC成功负载了α-Fe,且颗粒近似球形,呈团聚状。实验结果表明:n ZVI-MBC在p H为5~8出现阶段性吸附,吸附效果较好。n ZVI-MBC对2,4,6-TCP的吸附与二级动力学模型拟合度较好,且符合Langmuir吸附等温线方程,吸附过程主要受快速反应控制,降低反应温度有利于生物炭对水中2,4,6-TCP的吸附。A skillful method access to new nano-zero valent iron magnetic biochar composites( n ZVI-MBC)were synthesized by using Soybean hulls. The as-prepared n ZVI-MBC was used as an adsorbent for the removal of 2,4,6-TCP from aqueous solution. X-ray diffraction( XRD),transmission electron microscopy( TEM) was used to characterize the properties of n ZVI-MBC effect of variable parameters such as p H value,contact time,initial concentration of metal ions and adsorption properties of n ZVI-MBC on 2,4,6-TCP was studied. Characterization showed that α-Fe successfully loaded on n ZVI-MBC,the particles were nearly spherical with agglomeration. The results of experiment indicated that phase adsorption performs during 5-8 of p H. The adsorption kinetics of 2,4,6-TCP onto n ZVI-MBC were better fitted by pseudo-second-order kinetic. The adsorption iso-therm data were fitted well to Langmuir isotherm model. Here n ZVI-MBC can be used as low cost-effective material for the removal of 2,4,6-TCP from aqueous solution with a simple magnetic separation process.
