摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯基磺酸钠(SSS)为原料,在(NH4)2S2O8-Na HSO3反应体系中合成了低相对分子质量(简称分子量)的AS共聚物。通过正交实验确定了最佳抑制酸皮膨胀的合成条件为n(AA)∶n(SSS)=1.5∶1,(NH4)2S2O8和Na HSO3用量分别为单体总质量的5%和3%。通过GPC分析该聚合物的Mn为2 069,分布系数为1.05。将以灰皮计重3%的最佳条件合成的聚合物单独用于辅助浸酸,皮块膨胀度为11.51%;配合灰皮计重3.2%的食盐同时用于浸酸,皮块不膨胀,浸酸用盐量大幅度降低。与常规铬鞣工艺相比,该工艺使铬鞣后废液中的铬含量和氯离子含量显著降低。蓝湿革收缩温度及成革力学性能与传统工艺相当,皮内铬含量分布均匀,经SEM观察,蓝湿革纵切面纤维分散均匀。A copolymer( AS) with low molecular weight was prepared from acrylic acid( AA) and styrene sulfonate( SSS) in the existence of( NH4)2S2O8- Na HSO3 system. The synthesis conditions of polymer AS were investigated by orthogonal test to repress the swelling of the pelt in pickling. When n( AA) ∶n( SSS) was 1. 5∶1,dosage of( NH4)2S2O8and Na HSO3 was 5% and 3% of total mass of monomers,respectively. Mnand distribution coefficient of the obtained polymer were 2 069 and 1. 05 by GPC,respectively. The results revealed that 3% polymer AS alone was not enough to prevent swelling during picking,the degree of swelling of the pickling pelt was 11. 51%. However,the pelt did not swell at all during pickling when 3. 2% sodium chloride( based on weight of the limed hide) was introduced during pickling,indicating the introduction of polymer AS could reduce amount of salt in pickling process. Compared with traditional chrome tanning process,the content of Cr2O3 and Cl-has been sharply decreased in tanning wastewater,the shrink temperature and physical mechanical properties of wet-blue leather have not obvious changes by the above picking method. Moreover,chrome is dispersed well in wet-blue leather,and SEM analysis shows that the fiber on longitudinal section of leather disperses evenly.
