摘 要:目的探讨益母草注射液水溶性生物碱单体胆碱、葫芦巴碱对正常大鼠、豚鼠离体、正常豚鼠在体子宫活动的影响。方法从益母草注射液水溶性总生物碱部位中提取分离出单体胆碱、葫芦巴碱;采用正常(大鼠、豚鼠)离体子宫模型、未孕豚鼠豚鼠在体子宫模型观察其对子宫收缩的活动力、张力和频率的影响,用BL-420E生物机能系统记录子宫收缩。结果离体子宫试验表明,胆碱、葫芦巴碱3×10^-5可显著降低大鼠正常离体子宫收缩最大值(P〈0.05),显著增加豚鼠正常离体子宫活动力(P〈0.05),显著降低子宫收缩频率(P〈0.05);在体子宫试验表明,肌肉注射1mg/kg胆碱,能够显著降低给药后60~80min正常豚鼠子宫的收缩频率(P〈0.05),显著增加给药后0~10min子宫收缩张力最大值(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),对子宫收缩活力,收缩张力均值及最小值无明显影响;肌肉注射1mg/kg葫芦巴碱,能够显著增加给药后20~40min正常豚鼠子宫的收缩活力(P〈0.05),显著增加给药后20~90min子宫收缩张力最大值(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),对子宫收缩频率、收缩张力均值及最小值无明显影响。结论胆碱、葫芦巴碱具有兴奋正常豚鼠离体子宫和在体子宫平滑肌活动的作用。Objective To study the effects of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection Water Soluble alkaloid monomer choline, fenu- greek trigonelline on normal rats and guinea pigs from the body and normal guinea pigs in vivo uterine activity. Methods Mother- won injection of water - soluble extract from total alkaloids isolated parts monomer choline, trigonelline ; use normal ( rat, guinea pig) isolated uterus model, nonpregnant guinea guinea pig model was observed in uterine contractions of the uterus the impact of motility, tension and frequency, with the BL- 420E biological function system records uterine contractions. Results In vitro ex- periments showed that the uterus, choline, trigonelline 3 × 10^-2 can significantly reduce the normal rat uterine contractions maxi- mum value (P 〈 0. 05 ) , a significant increase in guinea pig normal uterine motility (P 〈 0.05 ) significantly reduced the fre- quency of uterine contractions (P 〈 0. 05) ; In the body of the uterus tests showed that intramuscular injection of 1 mg / kg cho- line, can significantly reduce 60 - 80rain normal guinea pig after administration of uterine contraction frequency ( P 〈 0. 05 ), a significant increase in uterine contractions after administration 0 - lOmin maximum tension ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), the vitality of uterine contractions, mean and mininmm shrinkage tension no significant effect; Intramuscular injection of lmg / kg trigonel- line, can significantly increase after administration 20 - 40min normal uterine contractions in guinea pigs vitality ( P 〈 0.05 ), a significant increase in uterine contractions 20 - 90min after administration of the maximum tension ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), the frequency of uterine contractions, mean and minimum shrinkage tension had no significant effect. Conclusion Choline, trigonel- line has an activity in exciting excited the normal role of guinea pig uterus and uterine smooth muscle.
