摘　　要：目的建立过塘蛇颗粒剂HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用HPLC分析方法,用"计算机辅助相似度评价软件"进行数据处理。结果建立了过塘蛇颗粒剂的HPLC指纹图谱。结论建立的指纹图谱可用于过塘蛇颗粒剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the I-IPLC fingerprints of Jussiaea repens Granules. Methods C18 column was used, with a mixture solution of methanol and 0.1% H3 PO4 as mobile phase using a gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the column temperature was 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 300nm. The＂ Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation＂ software was used to compare the data. Results The HPLC fingerprints of Jussiaea repens Granules showed 10 characteristic peaks,the reference peak is Gallic acid. Conclusion This method can provide more information for the quality control of Jussiaea repens Granules and be used for the quality control of it.
