摘  要:目的采用Box-Behnken响应面法(BBD)优化人参茎叶总皂苷脂质体制备工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上采用Box-Behnken响应面法,研究了脂药比,磷脂胆固醇质量比,PBS缓冲液pH值对人参茎叶总皂苷脂质体制备的影响。结果通过Box-Behnken响应面法确定的最佳制备条件为:脂药比8.08:1,磷脂胆固醇质量比15.07:1,pH7.44,在此条件下的理论包封率为89.17%。结论确定了人参茎叶总皂苷脂质体的最佳制备工艺,该工艺具有成本低,耗能少,时间短,包封率高等优点。Objective The preparation of the lipidosome of the total Ginsenoside of Ginseng stems and leaves was optimized using Box - Behnken experimental design(BBD) and response surface methodology. Methods Based on single ~actor tests, the effects of the umss ratio of phospholipids to drug, phospholipids/cholesterol ratio and PH value of PBS buffer solution were studied using BBD method. Results The preparation of the liposome of the total Ginsenoside of Ginseng stems and leaves based on the analysis were : the mass ratio of phospholipids to drug was 8.08 : 1, phospholipids/cholesterol ratio was 15.07 : 1, PH value of PBS buffer so- lution was 7.44 ,which was closed to the theoretical entrapment efficiency 89.17%. Conclusion The optimal preparation of the li- posome of the total Ginsenoside of Ginseng stems and leaves were determined and the advantages included low cost, less energy consumption, short time high entrapment efficiency and so on.
