摘　　要：3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠(3'-daidzein sulfonate sodium,DSS)具有耐缺氧、心血管保护、调节骨代谢与脂代谢、抗肝纤维化、抑制前列腺增生、抗肿瘤、神经保护等多种生物学作用。文章就近年来课题组对3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠在抑制炎症反应、抗氧化、抗谷氨酸毒性、改善脑血流、改善学习记忆等方面发挥神经保护作用的研究概况作一简要综述。3＇- daidzein sulfonate sodium（ DSS） has diverse biological effects, such as hypoxia tolerance, cardiovascular protec- tion, the regulation of bone or lipid metabolism, anti - hepatic fibrosis, the inhibition of prostatic hyperplasia, anti - tumor activi- ties and neuroprotection. In this paper, we review the neuroprotection of DSS in aspects of inflammatiou inhibitcon, anti - oxida- tion, anti glutamate toxicity, the improvement of cerebral blood flow, learning and memory, etc.
