摘　　要：口服结肠定位给药系统是指药物口服后在胃中不消化吸收,而是到达结肠后再崩解或释放,从而发挥局部或全身治疗效果的给药系统。文章就现有的口服中药制剂用于结肠定位给药的研究现状进行概述,按照靶向作用机制不同进行分类,探讨其可能存在的问题,以期更好地应用于临床治疗。Oral colon specific drug delivery system is a drug delivery system that is not digested and absorbed in the stomach after oral administration, but is disintegrated or released after reaching the colon. The existing oral Chinese medicine preparation for colon specific to drug research status is reviewed in this paper. According to the different targeting mechanism, we classify it and discuss the possible problem, in order to better apply to clinical treatment.
