摘  要:捅要:文章对卷丹生长发育进行了动态观测调查,测定其苗高、地径、叶、秆等生物量指标,用logistic曲线方程拟合苗高、地径、各构件生物量生长累积过程,并对logistic方程求导得出卷丹各构件生长发育的关键时间节点,划分生长阶段,结果与实际观测值吻合,揭示了卷丹生长特性随时间序列变化的趋势。研究表明:卷丹地上部分和地下部分的速生期分别为5月6日到5月31日和4月28日到8月23日,其中5月6日到5月31日为地上部分快速生长逐步转化为地下部分快速生长的转换期,转换时间点约在5月30日左右;卷丹根系在整个生长发育期内变化幅度最小,在观察时期内保持在8.29%-11.9%之间,是保持植株正常生长发育最关键构件;根据地下部分生长周期认为卷丹的合理采收期应该在8月22日之后。文章对卷丹生长发育周期的模型量化研究对农业生产有较大帮助。The growth dynamics of Lilium lancifolium was studied in this paper. Growing indexes such as height growth , base diameter and modular biomass are determined. Those growing indexes are modeled by logistic curve equation, and each stage of growing is divided with logistic curve equation. The result is identical with the value of monitored and the tendency of growth char- acteristics changing with the time variation. Research shows that the fast - growing period of aerial part or aerial part is May 6 to May31 or April 28 to August 23. The translating period of fast growing period between aerial and under part is May 6 to May51, the time point of conversion is about May 30; The root biomass which within a specific gravity of 8.29 - 11.9% has the least change range. It shows that root is the best key part. Based on studies, it is suggested that rational collecting period of L. lancifoli- um is after August 22. At last, quantitative research of growth and development on L. lancifolium is helpful and practical in agri- cultural production.
