摘  要:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取木兰科植物马关木莲(Manglietia maguanica)和华盖木(Manglietiastrum sinicum Law)鲜叶精油,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析其化学成分,马关木莲和华盖木精油成分的组成和含量差异显著。马关木莲精油提取率为0.21%,精油中检测到53种挥发性成分,其中大牻牛儿烯B(7.70%)、α-杜松醇(6.70%)、反式-橙花叔醇(6.11%)和(-)-蓝桉醇(5.57%)含量较高。华盖木精油提取率较高(0.56%),含有34种挥发性成分,其中β-水芹烯和香松烯含量高达34.74%和11.33%。In order to investigate the yield, physical form and proportion of a typical fragrant substance of essential oil, the steam distillation and GC-MS methods were used for extracting and analyzing essential oil from fresh leaves of Manglietia maguanica and Manglietiastrum sinicum Law. Manglietia maguanica possessed lower essential oil extraction rate (0. 21% ), and GC-MS assay exhibited that Manglietia maguanica had 53 kinds of compounds whichmainly consisted higher boiling point substances such as Germacrene B ( 7.70% ), alpha.- Cadinol ( 6.70% ) , trans - Nerolidol (6. 11% ) and (-)-Globulol (5.57%) . While Manglietiastrum sinicum Law possessed higher essential oil extract rate of 0. 56%, beta-Phellandrene (34. 74% ) and Sabinene ( 11.33% ) took up the top two main content in total 34 voilate compounds of Manglietiastrum sinicum Law.
