碳纳米管的化学镀镍及其复合微管的电磁性

摘  要:利用化学镀的方法成功在碳纳米管(CNTs)表面沉积一层磁性金属镍,制备了镍包覆CNTs结构的复合微管。TEM和XPS分析表明通过调控反应条件可使CNTs被镍均匀包覆。XRD的结果证实了沉积在CNTs表面的镍为面心立方晶体。采用四探针测试仪和振动样品磁强计表征了镀镍碳纳米管的导电性和磁性能,结果表明该复合物兼具导电性和磁性能。这进一步拓展了碳纳米管的应用范围。A layer of densely magnetic metal Ni was deposited on the surface of carbon nanotubes by electroless plating. TEM and XPS showed CNTs could be covered uniformly by Ni through changing experimental condition. XRD identified that Ni naoparticles was crystal with a face-centered cubic structure. The electro-magnetic behavior of CNTs covered by Ni was measured with four-point probes and vibrating sample magnetometer and the results showed CNTs possessed electrical conductivity and magnetic property simultaneously. Therefore, the application of CNTs was broaden.
