摘 要:通过驯化富集,从船舶舱底油污水中分离获得了11株油污降解菌,其中菌株J2对舱底油污的降解率最高,在油浓度为1%(φ),30℃,180 rpm振荡培养15 d后,达到了42.66%。将舱底油污与船用柴油按照1∶6(φ)混合后,作为降解油相,菌株对混合油的降解率明显高于对舱底油污的降解率,其中9株菌的降解率都高于50%。选取对两种油污降解效果都较好的菌株L7、L8、L10及J2,构建混合菌群,菌群对舱底油污的降解率相对于单菌株提高了30%,达到了73.11%。Eleven bilge oil-degrading strains were isolated from bilge water through enrichment. The strain of J2 had highest biodegradation ratio of bilge oil that was up to 42.66% after 15 days of incubation at an initial diesel oil concentration of 1% (φ) and an incubation temperature of 30℃. The biodegradation ratios of mixed oil ( bilge oil : diesel oil = 1 : 50%. The oil 6, φ) were degradation higher than that of bilge oil. The biodegradation ratios of nine oil-degrading strains were above experiments showed that the strain L7, L8, L10, J2 owned relatively high oil-degrading ability, and the bacterial consortiums were formed using these four strains. The bilge oil-degrading ratio of the bacterial consortium was higher than that of single strain, which was up to 73.11%.
