摘　　要：新加坡国家图书馆管理局的法人治理结构拥有法律制度保障,它充分吸收社会力量参与理事会建设,并构建了决策、监督、执行相分离的组织架构。图书馆界在学习借鉴的基础上,应该注意因地制宜并需注意建设良好的监督机制。The corporate governance structure of National Library Board of Singapore has the legal system safeguard which fully absorbs social forces to participate in the construction of the Board with a well-defined organization structure. We need to learn its experience according to local conditions, and pay attention to the construction of good supervision mechanism.
