摘　　要：在分析现有藏书利用价值评价指标的基础上,根据指标体系的构建原则,结合定量统计与定性分析,构建了藏书利用价值评价指标体系,并以电工技术类藏书进行实证研究,统计、测定该类图书的半衰期、借阅情况、核心著者、核心出版社,并依据四项指标的重要程度及统计结果确定各指标的权重系数及评分标准,最终将藏书的利用价值分为五个等级。通过实证分析,该藏书利用价值评价指标体系可以科学准确地评价藏书的利用价值,为图书馆制定藏书质量优化策略提供合理依据。In view of the current collection quality problem of libraries in China, this paper constructs scientific and reasonable collection utilization value evaluation index system in order to improve the collection quality and optimize the collection structure.By analyzing existing collection utilization value evaluation index, this article constructs the collection utilization value evaluation index system according to the principle of the construction of index system, combining with quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis. It carries on an empirical research on electrotechnical books, statistics and measures the half-life, borrowing situation,core authors, core press of the electrotechnical books. Finally, the utilization value of the collection is divided into five grades according to the weight coefficient of each index and scoring standard which are determined by the importance of the four indexes and statistical results. Through the empirical analysis, the collection utilization value evaluation index system can evaluate utilization value of the collection accurately and scientifically and provide reasonable basis for the collection quality optimization strategy.
