摘  要:采用包覆热分解法,以草酸镍为前驱体,草酸锌为包覆剂,制备成包覆体,然后经过高温煅烧,制备了多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)内电极用超细球形镍粉。主要研究了烧结温度对镍粉结晶性能的影响,并利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、激光粒度分布仪、热重分析仪(TG)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其进行了表征。结果表明:镍粉的初始结晶粒度随着烧结温度的升高而增大,制备的近球形高纯度镍粉具有面心立方晶型(fcc),结晶性好、抗氧化温度高、颗粒粒径范围约200~500 nm、粒径分布范围窄、分散性好。Ultra-fine spherical nickel powders used for multi-layer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) inner electrodes were prepared by coating and thermal decomposition with the nickel oxalate as precursor, zinc oxalate as coating agent, and in the high temperature calcinations. The influence of sintering temperature on crystalline properties of nickel powders was mainly studied. 1"he obtained powder samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), laser particle size distribution instrument, thermo-gravimetric (TG), and X-ray photoe- lectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicated that the initial crystalline grain size of nickel powder increased with the rising of sintering temperature. The high purity spherical nickel particles had the face-centered cubic (fcc) crystal structure, excellent crystallinity, high oxidation temperature and their final diameters were between 200 and 500 nm with narrow size distribution.
