摘　　要：选取苏州市内三类具有代表性的社区图书馆,通过实地走访调研的形式,了解当前苏州社区图书馆信息服务的运行现状,明晰社区居民对社区图书馆的服务评价。针对目前存在的问题,给出提升社区图书馆社会信息服务效能的建议,总结归纳出与社区居民信息需求相匹配的社区图书馆优化服务体系。This article defines the nature of the community library in the function and service object. Selecting 3 representative kinds of community libraries in Soochow city, this article applies the method of interviews on the spot to understand the current status of information service of community libraries and makes clear the community residents＇ evaluation on the service. In view of the existing problems, it puts forward corresponding suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of community library, summarizes the optimization of service system of community library to match the information needs of community residents.
