摘  要:设计一种光栅信号软件解码方案,实现对光栅信号的四倍细分、辨向与计数。首先介绍光栅传感器与MSP430单片机组成的解码系统,然后根据系统对信号解码功耗与性能的不同要求,通过编程的方法,设计低功耗与激活两种软件解码工作方式,最后与炮用象限仪进行对比实验,并分析了实验数据。实验结果表明,该方案计数准确可靠,其中激活工作方式下解码速率更快、测量精度更高。A software decoding scheme of grating signal was designed, which realized the quadruple subdivision, direction discerning and count of grating signal. The decoding system composed of grating sensor and MSP430 MCU is introduced. According to the different requirements of signal decoding power consumption and performance for the system, two software decoding operating modes of low-power consumption and activation were designed with method of programming. The decoding system was compared with the artillery quadrant in the experiments. The experimental data is analyzed. The results show that the decoding scheme has accurate and reliable count, faster decoding speed and high measuring accuracy while working at activation mode.
