摘  要:由于工艺的要求间接空冷塔通常体型较“胖”这就造成塔筒底部的倾角通常较小有时小于了规范要求的最小角度。较小的塔筒底部倾角对塔体的结构影响有多大?为此结合某工程2×600 MW机组两机一塔方案的塔型,对冷却塔筒底部子午线的倾角在14°-18°之间的5种塔型进行分析比较。分析结果表明,对以风荷载为主要荷载的冷却塔而言,塔筒底部倾角的减小无论从塔体的结构变形还是结构的内力来说都是不利的。因此从结构选型上来说“小倾角”冷却塔是一种不好的塔型,在满足工艺条件下应尽量采用较大的塔筒底部倾角方案。To meet the technical requirements, indirect dry cooling tower generally has relatively large tower body. This causes a relatively small' angle at the bottom of cooling tower, which is occasionally smaller than the required minimum angle. How are the impacts of a small angle at the bottom of cooling tower on the structure of tower body? With a case study on the structure of indirect dry cooling tower with two 2 × 600 MW units in a project, this article makes comparative analysis on 5 different tower models with a respective angle ranging from 14°-18° at the bottom of tower body. The analysis results show that, for the cooling tower with wind load as the main load, the decrease in angle at the bottom of tower body will pose negative impacts on structural distortion of tower body as well as the internal force of the tower structure. Thus, it is not a good choice to choose a cooling tower with a small angle. The size of tower model should be adjusted to make it in coordination with the technical requirements, and the angle at the bottom of tower body should be within stipulated scopes.
