摘　　要：企业标准化体系建立完成后的运行和实施,本质上是一个持续改进的过程,有必要确立改进模式。本文依托P-D-C-A循环管理模式,提出了一种适用于电力勘测设计企业的标准化体系改进模式,并以认证管理体系与企业标准化体系的整合为例,阐述了该模式的运行方式。最后,本文从制度、市场、技术三个层面分析了标准化体系持续改进的意义。The performance of the enterprise standardization system after establishment is a process of continual improvement and it is necessary to establish a working model. This essay proposes a model, which is based on P-D-C-A cycle, to improve the enterprise standardization system for electric power survey ＆ design enterprises, and provides an example of integrating certified management system with standardization system to illustrate how the model works. In the last part, this essay analyzes the significance of continual improvement of standardization system on the level of standard upgrading, marketing and technology progress.
