摘 要:与哺乳动物不同,家禽的胚胎与母体是分离的,胚胎期发育的好坏直接影响家禽出壳后的生长发育。在胚胎后期为使胚胎能够更好的适应外界环境和内部生理代谢的变化,家禽的骨骼肌往往会发生大量降解,动员蛋白质产生氨基酸作为糖异生的底物和肠道发育所需的氨基酸,造成肌纤维萎缩,而影响后期的生长发育。此时如果可以对胚胎补充外源性的营养物质则可以改善其能量代谢状态、促进肌肉发育。故本文结合家禽胚胎后期能量代谢特点、肌肉特异性的发育过程及胚蛋给养对肌肉发育和能量储备的影响进行综述。Unlike mammals, poultry embryos and matrix is separated. Embryonic develop ment directly affects the growth and development of the poultry after hatching. In the late-term embryo as embryos can better adapt to changes in the external environment and internal physiological metabolism, skeletal muscle often occurs substantial degradation, mobilization protein occurring amino acids as a substrate for gluconeogenesis and intestinal development of the necessary amino acids, resulting in muscle fiber atrophy, and affecting late growth. At this point if embryos can be added exogenous nutrients, it can improve the state of energy metabolism and promote muscle development. Therefore this article unified the poultry in later stage embryos of the characteristics of energy metabolism, muscle specific developmental processes and in ovo feeding on muscle development and energy storage effect were reviewed.
