影响高校工会开展教职工体育活动的因素分析——以陕西省为例

摘　　要：应用文献资料法、访谈等方法对陕西省32所高校工会开展教职工体育活动进行分析。结果显示:影响学校教职工参加工会组织的体育活动因素:锻炼意识不强、时间不充裕、活动内容缺乏创新等;影响工会开展体育活动的因素为经费、教职工健身意识、场地设施及专业指导等因素。针对以上问题,建议:高校领导要重视工会开展体育活动,保证活动经费,并加大教职工体育锻炼宣传,定期开展职工体质测试,构建体育社团,培养体育骨干等对策。Using the methods of documentation and interview, this paper studies the trade unions of 32 colleges and universities in Shaanxi province carrying out sport activities. Results show that the factors influencing school staff＇s participating in the sport activities organized by the trade unions are weak exercise consciousness, not adequate time and the lack of innovation in activities, etc. Factors affecting the trade unions＇ carrying out sport activities are funds, teaching staff＇ s awareness of doing exercise, facilities and professional guidance and so on. To solve above problems, it is recommended that college leadership should attach a great importance to the trade union＇ s carrying out sport activities, ensure funding and enhance staff＇ s awareness of doing exercise, develop staff physical test reg- ularly, build sport organization and cultivate sport backbones, etc.
