摘　　要：信息技术发生天翻地覆的变革,引发社会各行各业脱胎换骨的革命,这场革命是全方位的,造就了"互联网+"时代。"互联网+图书馆"图书馆信息化管理,能够大大提高图书馆信息服务的效率和水平,开辟了图书馆管理的新型模式。图书馆信息化革命牵涉各方面因素,我们须认真研究,把握那些关键部位,促成图书馆信息化建设的顺利进行。The information technology has a great change, leading to a complete revolution of all walks. This revolu- tion creates a ‘ Internet plus＇ era in all - direction. The informatization management in‘ Internet plus＇ library can greatly improve the efficiency and level of the library information service, and opens up a new pattern of library management. Library informatization revolution involves a lot of factors, and we must seriously study and grasp the key parts, facilitating the smooth progress of the library informatization construction.
