摘 要:提出一种新型可实现任意齿差数的活齿传动——任意齿差摆线滚柱活齿传动。基于坐标变换和齿形包络原理,推导出中心轮齿廓方程;计算中心轮齿廓曲率并分析机构参数对中心轮齿廓曲率影响;根据活齿啮合状态的几何模型,推导出任意齿差摆线滚柱活齿传动极限啮合状态的重合度计算公式,并实例计算;对活齿在中心轮齿廓一个工作区的压力角进行影响因素分析。A new model of cycloid curve was proposed to archive any tooth difference roller tooth transmission. Center tooth profile equation was deduced based on the principle of coordinate transformation and tooth envelope. The center curvature of tooth profile was calculated and the impact of institutions on the central tooth profile curvature parameters was analyzed. According to the geometry of the tooth meshing state, the overlap ratio formula of any teeth difference cycloid roller movable tooth transmission limitation meshing state was deduced, and the example was calculated. The effect of pressure angle in a working area at center wheel tooth profile was analyzed.
