摘 要:在钻井过程中,震击器是解决卡钻事故的重要工具。为提高震击器的可靠性和寿命,该文以分瓣式卡瓦为研究对象,利用有限元软件详细分析了卡瓦解卡过程中的运动状态和应力分布。研究表明:由于卡瓦齿形的不均匀性,导致解卡过程中最大应力出现在卡瓦的第1齿齿根;在解卡过程中卡瓦中间齿与芯轴齿面无接触,仅卡瓦的首齿和末齿与芯轴齿面有接触;卡瓦变形以第3齿为中心形成弓形。研究结果为提高卡瓦的使用寿命和优化设计提供了理论基础。The jar is an important tool for solving the sticking accidents in the drilling process. In order to improve the reliability and lifetime of jar, the slip type slip was selected as the object. The motion state and the tress distribution of the split type slips were analyzed using finite element software in detail. Research showed that, during the unfreezing process, due to non-uniform slips tooth shape, the maximum stress appeared at the root of first tooth. Only the first tooth was contact with the last tooth, and other teeth were not contact with the axis tooth. The third teeth slip deformation was transformed in to a bow. The research results provided a theoretical basis for improving the life and the optimization design of the jar.
