摘  要:以某型国产轿车变速器传动系统为研究对象,建立了完整的变速器齿轮轴系和箱体有限元模型,考虑部件之间的耦合关系得到了变速器总成固有特性。采用显式动态有限元法对变速器一挡工况进行仿真,深入分析了变速器工况参数对输入、输出齿轮最大啮合应力的影响。该研究可为寻找变速器总成产生振动的敏感部位和动力学优化设计提供依据。A certain type of domestic car transmission system was taken as investigation object. The finite element models of a completed gear shaft and gearbox system were established. The nature characteristics of the transmission assembly system were obtained while considering the coupling relationships between the parts. The explicit dynamic finite element method was performed on the first gear. The effects of transmission condition parameters on the maximum stress of input and output gears were analyzed deeply and detailed. The research could provide reference for finding gearbox vibration sensitive parts of the transmission assembly and dynamic optimization design.
