摘  要:以南瓜强雌品系‘2013-12’和强雄品系‘9-6’为试材,研究南瓜雌、雄花发育过程中内源激素和多胺的变化。结果表明,玉米素(zeatin,ZT)随南瓜雌雄花的发育逐渐降低,且雄花中ZT的含量高于雌花;南瓜雄花中生长素(IAA)含量呈现先上升、后下降的变化趋势,雌花中IAA含量呈现先下降、后上升的变化趋势;南瓜雌雄花发育过程中赤霉素(gibberellic acid,GA3)均呈现逐渐下降的趋势;雄花脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)含量呈现升-降的变化趋势,雌花ABA含量呈现升-降-升的规律;乙烯在南瓜花发育过程中均为逐渐上升的趋势且雌花中含量高于雄花;南瓜雌雄花发育过程中亚精胺(spermidine,Spd)含量最高,其次为精胺(spermine,Spm),腐胺(putrescine,Put)最低,雄花中的Spm和Spd的含量在整个花发育时期基本保持在较低的水平,而雌花中Spm和Spd含量均高于雄花。The female and male flowers in different development stages of subgynoecious pumpkin lines '2013-12' and monoecious lines '9-6' were used as materials to test the content changes of five internal hormones and four polyamines. The results show that zeatin (ZT) content gradually reduces in male and female flowers along with the development of flower bud, the ZT content in male flowers is higher than that in female flowers. IAA content in male flowers decreases firstly and then increases, but IAA content in female flowers increases firstly and then decreases. Gibberellic acid (GA3) in the development of male and female flow- ers shows a trend of gradual decline. Abscisic acid (ABA) content in male flowers shows the change trend of rise and decline, the dynamics of ABA contents in the female flower buds show the change of rise, decline and rise. Ethylene content gradually increases in female and female along with the development of flower bud, and it is higher than that in female flowers. Spermidine (Spd) content is the highest, followed by spermine (Spm), putrescine (Put) the lowest in the male and female flowers, Spm and Spd content in male flowers along with flower development period always lower level, Spm and Spd content in female flowers are higher than those in male flowers.
