干细胞体外定向分化为雌性生殖细胞的研究进展

摘　　要：如今女性卵子不足所致不孕的患者日渐增多,却尚无治愈的方法。干细胞作为高度未分化的细胞,其体外定向分化为雌性生殖细胞为治疗这类不孕患者提供了新途径。随着干细胞的研究不断发展,不同来源的干细胞诱导生成雌性生殖细胞的研究也越来越多,目前研究者们能够在体外条件下获得类卵母样细胞,不过其诱导的机制、生物学功能仍需进一步研究探讨。本文对不同来源的干细胞体外定向分化为雌性生殖细胞的研究进行综述,以期为从事该方面的研究者提供一定的借鉴帮助。Nowadays, more and more people suffer from ovum-shortage-induced infertility, but at present there are no effective approaches for treatment. The highly undiff erentiated stem cells, which develop into female germ ceils in vitro, hold promising prospects for these infertile patients. The incessant development of the stem cells researches has led to an increasing number of researches in female germ ceils derived from different sources of stem cells. Recent findings suggest that oocyte-like cells can be generated in vitro. However, its differentiation mechanisms and biological functions still remain unknown and further studies are needed. Now this paper reviews the improvement and innovation of in vitro female germ cells differentiation from pluripotent stem cells, hoping to provide some insights for researches in the future.
