摘  要:流量调节器是液氧煤油火箭发动机中关键的自动调节装置,其动态性能直接影响发生器乃至发动机的工作特性。为进一步验证流量调节器工作可靠性,设计并集成了调节器低温动性能试验台测量系统。测量硬件基于PXI系统搭建,软件基于LabVIEW平台进行编程。首先介绍了测量系统的总体方案及工作原理,然后对热电偶测量方法、硬件选型、软件总体架构、软件子模块设计及拖拽式数据显示方法进行了重点阐述,最后简要说明了测量系统的调试方法及结果。测试结果表明,测量系统稳定、可靠,能满足试验要求。Flow regulator is a key automatic adjustment device of LOX/kerosene rocket engine. Its dynamic performance directly affects the working characteristics of engine and generator. To further verify the reliability of flow regulator, a measurement system for low temperature dynamic performance test bench for the regulator was designed and integrated. Its hardware is based on PXI system, and software is based on LabVIEW for programming. In this paper, the overall scheme and working principle of the measurement system are introduced, the thermocouple measuring method, hardware selection, software architecture, software sub-module design and dragging data display method are elaborated emphatically, and then the debugging method and results of the measuring system are described briefly. The test results show that the measuring system is stable and reliable, and can meet the test requirements.
