摘　　要：文章介绍了道夫针布7种齿形设计进步特点,分析了根据纤维的特性,利用齿形提高对不同纤维的控制、吸纳、释放、转移能力,减少梳理过程中落网、转移率低、嵌杂等问题,提高梳理质量的典型应用效果;证明：合理选配道夫齿形,能够使控制释放纤维的性能得到强化,提高梳理质量。The paper introduced seven new tooth designs for doffer clothing and their respective characteristics. Depending of fiber properties, different shaped tooth is adopted to improve the controlling, absorbing, releasing and transferring ability to the fiber, avoid such problems as web drop-out, low transfer rate and impurities, and improve carding quality and the effect of typical applications. It is proved that making proper choice of tooth shape can improve the fiber controlling and releasing performance of the doffer clothing and hence the carding quality.
