摘　　要：分析我国装配式建筑内外部环境中存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁;构建EFE、IFE矩阵进行定量评价,并构建装配式建筑SWOT矩阵。在此基础上,提出相应的发展策略,为我国装配式建筑发展提供建议。The paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the internal and external environment of prefabricated building in China. Then,constructs EFE matrix and IFE matrix for quantitative evaluation,constructs SWOT matrix based on the results of EFE and IFE matrix. On this basis,puts forward the relevant development countermeasures for prefabricated building development in China.
