摘　　要：分析建筑业农民工职业化的特殊性并界定其职业化内涵,从微观农民工个体、中观社会环境、国家宏观政策三个层面构建建筑业农民工职业化素质影响因素的分析框架。依据相关理论和法律法规、结合文献计量和现场调研,分析员工个体的职业化素养、技能和行为规范的影响因素,社会层面的家庭、企业和行业环境的影响因素,国家政策层面的权益保障和公共服务政策的影响因素。最后构建建筑业农民工职业化素质的影响因素。This paper analyzes the particularity of the professional quality of the rural migrant workers in the construction industry and defines the connotation,builds the analysis framework about the influence factors of migrant workers＇ professional quality in construction industry from the microcosmic migrant workers individual,social medium environment and national macro-policies three dimensions. Based on some correlative theories and national laws and regulations,combined with the literature metrology and spot field investigation,analyzes the influence factors of the professional qualities,skills and behavior standards of individual employees,the family,enterprise and industry environment of social level,the rights protection and public service policy of national level. Finally,completes the construction of influence factors of migrant workers＇ professional quality.
