摘　　要：以预防性管理理论为基础,结合大数据思维、互联网思维及因果关系辩证方法,构建公路运营预防性管理体系,主要包括以公路运营管理内容为主的组织体系和以信息化工具为基础的运营管理系统,通过信息化手段实时监测并反馈数据,根据数据处理结果分析风险因素并将其遏止在萌芽状态,从而实现常态化、高质量的风险管理。Based on the theory of preventive management,and combined with big data,internet thinking and causality dialectical method,the paper builds the preventive management system in highway operation,mainly includes the organization system with highway operation management content,and highway operation management system on the basis of information tools. The preventive management system utilizes information technique to real-time monitoring and feedback data,and analyzes risk factors based on the results of data processing and contains the factors in the bud,in order to achieve normalization,high-quality risk management.
