摘  要:为研究高校教师办公场所室内灰尘中邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalate acid esters,PAEs)的污染特征及对人体的健康风险,以哈尔滨市某高校办公室、活动中心和实验室为研究对象,于2015年3月采集、分析了室内灰尘中PAEs的污染水平和组成特征。研究发现,6种PAEs中DEHP的浓度最高(1 881μg·g^(-1)),其次为DBP(451μg·g^(-1));相关性分析发现,DEP和DEHP的浓度与房间面积之间具有显著的负相关性;DEP和DMP的浓度与温度具有显著正相关性;DEP的浓度与湿度具有极显著负相关性。不同房间灰尘中PAEs的浓度具有显著差异性;油漆及粘合剂等装修材料、PVC地板和墙面装饰材料以及个人护理品是室内灰尘中PAEs的主要污染来源。室内灰尘中PAEs的累积暴露风险评估结果表明,青年人群和成年人群对PAEs暴露的健康风险相对较低。In order to study the pollution characteristics and human health risks of phthalate acid esters (PAEs), indoor dust samples were collected from university buildings in March 2015. DEHP was the dominated congener with a concentration of 1 881 μg · g-1, followed by DBP (451 μg · g-1 ) . Correlation analysis suggested the common source of different PAEs in the indoor dust. The room area showed a significant and negative correlation with DEP and DEHP concentrations, the room temperature showed a significant and positive correlation with DEP and DMP concentrations, and the humidity showed a significant and negative correlation with DEP concentration. Significant differences were observed for PAEs in different types of rooms. Principal component analysis suggested three sources for PAEs, i.e. paints, adhesives and other decorate materials, PVC for floor and metopic adornment material, and personal care products. The health risks for exposure to PAEs for teenagers and adults were all less than expected, sug- gesting that the exposure to PAEs for the two groups of people was relatively safe.
