摘  要:以叶用莴苣"卡罗娜"为试材,采用盆栽沙培方式,以Hoagland营养液提供养分,设4个NaCl溶液浓度(30、60、120、240mmol·L^(-1))的盐胁迫处理,以清水为对照,浇灌NaCl溶液模拟滨海盐碱地环境,研究其对叶用莴苣生长、生理指标和品质的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下,莴苣的叶片数净增加量和单株鲜质量均出现显著降低现象;随盐胁迫浓度增加,叶片丙二醛和脯氨酸含量持续增加;而根系活力、硝态氮和营养物质均在低盐下呈升高趋势,随着盐浓度的升高呈现显著下降趋势;盐胁迫抑制莴苣的正常生长,但在低于60mmol·L^(-1)浓度时与对照相比,差异不显著;表明低盐浓度胁迫下,并不会对莴苣品质产生影响;而高盐下,由于植株生理代谢异常,导致形态建成和品质显著降低。Lettuce‘Carona'was taken as experimental material with the method of sand potted.Nutrient elements were provided by watering Hoagland and coastal environment was simulated by watering NaCl solution.Four kinds of NaCl concentration(30,60,120,240mmol·L^-1)treatment were designed and taken water as control(CK),the effects of salt stress on growth,physiological indexes and quality studied.The results showed that,the net increase of the number of leaves and lettuce and plant fresh weight were significantly decreased under salt stress.With increase of NaCl concentration,MDA and proline content continued to increase in lettuce leaves.The root activity,nitrate and quality were all in an increase trend under low NaCl concentration treatment,but a significant downward trend under high concentration treatment.Salt stress inhibited the normal growth of lettuce,except less than NaCl 60 mmol·L^-1treatment.These showed that low concentration of salt would not decrease the quality of lettuce,but higher salt stress lead to a significant reduction in morphogenesis and quality due to physiological metabolic abnormalities.
