宁波市养老机构入住率及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的调查宁波市养老机构入住率现状及影响因素,为发展区域性养老事业提供依据。方法随机抽取宁波市养老机构88家,应用自制问卷进行调查,问卷内容涉及机构概况、硬件设施、入住情况、内部管理和养老护理服务内容。所得数据采用SPSS 17.0进行统计学处理。结果宁波市养老机构的入住率为21.7%～100%（73.9±21.7）%,影响因素有床位平均费用、养护比、养老护理服务内容得分、是否建立考评制度、养老护理员持证率,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宁波市养老机构的平均入住率参差不齐,可通过规范管理机制、完善人员配备与知识培训、提高护理服务质量,最终提高入住率,为老年人老有所依提供更好的服务。Objective To investigate the occupancy rate of nursing home in Ningbo and its influence factors and to provide evidence for the development of regional pension business. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate 88 nursing homes in Ningbo for information of agency profiles, facilities, management, occupancy rate and nursing services. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The occupancy rate of nursing homes in Ningbo was 73.9%＋21.7%, ranging from 21.7% to 100%. The influence factors of occupancy rate included average cost for the bed, the ratio between nursing staff and the elderly, quality of nursing care service, whether to establish evaluation system or not and the qualification rate of nursing staff and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are varied occupancy rates of nursing homes in Ningbo. Standardizing management mechanism, more training for nursing staff and the improvement of nursing quality will be conducive to providing better service to the elderly.
