摘  要:目的评价两台不同品牌国产化学发光仪的性能以及与雅培i2000分析系统检测甲状腺激素的结果的相关性。方法以雅培i2000化学发光免疫分析仪为参比系统,以国产化学发光免疫分析仪A和B为考核系统,采用患者血清样本检测游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总甲状腺素(TT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平,利用不同系统的比对实验评估其相关性。结果国产免疫分析仪A和B与雅培系统间上述指标的Pearson相关系数均大于0.90(P<0.001)。结论两台国产免疫分析系统与雅培系统间检测甲状腺激素结果具有较好的相关性。临床实验室内同一检测项目同时在两套或两套以上系统检测时应进行比对评估其相关性,确保检测结果具有可比性。Objective To assess the the performance of two different brands of domestic chemiluminescence apparatus in detecting thyroid hormone and to analyze the relationship of the tested results of two apparatus and Abbott(ARCHITECT plus i2000)system.Methods The concentrations of free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),total triiodothyronine(TT3),total thyroid hormone(TT4)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in patient serums were detected on three different brands of domestic chemiluminescence apparatus.Apparatus A and B were treated as experimental systems and Abbott(ARCHITECT plus i2000)was treated as control system,the correlation between A,B and the Abbott systems was assessed using comparative experiments.Results The correlation coefficient of all the indicators between A or B and the Abbott systems were higher than 0.90(P〈0.001).Conclusion All the results of thyroid function detected by A and B systems have good consistency with Abbott system.Comparison should be done in the assessment of relevance when tested items are simultaneously detected on two or more sets of system within the clinical laboratory so as to ensure the results are comparable.
