摘  要:考察pH、两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、非离子表面活性剂丁二醇月桂酸酯对氨基酸型无硅油洗发香波黏度的影响,制备了一款以氨基酸表面活性剂为主的无硅油洗发香波。结果表明,在p H=5.5,含椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%(质量分数),丁二醇月桂酸酯1.5%(质量分数)时,制备得到的氨基酸型无硅油洗发香波黏度达到5 910 mPa·s,解决了以氨基酸表面活性剂为主表活的增稠难题。The effects of pH, amphoteric ionic surfactant as cocamidopropyl betaine, nonionic surfactants as butanediol laurate on the viscosity of amino acid - based surfactant shampoo were investigated and a formulation of shampoo mainly containing amino acid - based surfactant was made. The results showed that, under the conditions of pH = 5.5, mass content of cocamidopropyl betaine 10%, butanediol laurate 1.5%, the viscosity of prepared shampoo was 5 910 mPa.s, the thickening problem of amino acid - based surfactant was solved.
