摘 要:对《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)中铅的测定方法进行改进研究。比较了ICP-MS法和FAAS法两种测定方法,并针对不同测定方法改进了取样量和消解步骤。方法检出限分别为0.01 mg/kg和0.98 mg/kg,加样回收率分别在95.1%-108.6%和100.8%-109.7%之间。采用霜类化妆品标准物质[GBW(E)090028]作为样品进行验证,结果均在参考值范围内,采用上述方法参加中国食品药品检定研究院组织的化妆品乳液中铅的测定能力验证计划(NIFDC-PT-023),结果为满意。两种方法均适用于化妆品中铅的测定。To improve the method for determination of lead in Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics (2007), two methods of ICP - MS and FAAS were compared. Their sampling amount and digestion procedure were improved. The detection limits were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.98 mg/kg, respectively. The recoveries were in the range of 95.1% to 108.6% and 100.8% to 109.7%, respectively. The test results of lead in the CRM of cream cosmetics [GBW ( E ) 090028] were in the reference range. The proficiency test (NIFDC - PT - 023) held by NIFDC was passed with satisfactory results obtained by these two methods. They are both suitable for the determination of lead in cosmetics.
