摘  要:建立了红景天原液中红景天苷的含量测定方法,为含红景天化妆品的质量控制提供方法和依据。具体采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODS-2HYPERSIL(150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(体积比12∶88),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为275 nm,柱温为30℃。结果发现,红景天苷进样量在0.0122~0.0612μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈现良好线性关系(r=0.9993);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的相对标准偏差(RSD)〈2%;平均加样回收率为99.52%,RSD为1.43%(n=9)。该方法准确、稳定、重复性好,可用于含红景天化妆品的质量控制。To establish a method for determination of salidroside in rhodiola liquid, provide the basis for setting quality standards, HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on ODS - 2HYPERSIL (150 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 lam) column with mobile phase of methanol - water (12/88, volume ratio) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 275 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The results showed that the linear range of salidroside were in the range of 0.0122 to 0.0612 μg (r = 0.9993). RSDs of precision, stability, and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2%. Average recovery rate was 99.52% ( RSD=1.43%, n =9). The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible, and it can be used for quality control of cosmetics containing rhodiola.
