摘 要:为表征某实际使用的0.005级(0.1~6)MPa的活塞式压力计标准量值的分散性,根据活塞式压力计的测量模型,对该标准在6 MPa压力点处的不确定度进行了分析与评定。其中专用砝码的标准不确定度是活塞式压力计标准不确定度的重要分量之一,以E2级砝码为标准,通过ABBA循环测量方法测量了专用砝码的重复性并评定了专用砝码标准不确定度的A类分量,同时与其他B类分量合成得到了专用砝码的标准不确定度为8.3×10^(-6)kg,该结果比通常的单纯B类评定结果小得多,故通常认为的均匀分布的假设与砝码质量的实际分布并不严格相符。因此,该方法评定得到的活塞式压力计标准的不确定度比通常算法的评定结果具有更高的可信度。To represent the dispersity of the measured value of a practical 0. 005 level (0.1 -6 ) MPa piston gauge standard, based on the measurement model of piston gauges, the uncertainty of this standard is analyzed and evaluated at 6 MPa in this paper. The specific weights' standard uncertainty is one of the important components of piston gauges' standard uncertainty. Taking the E2 level weights as standard, this paper measures the repeatability of specific weights' mass by ABBA circle measuring method, evaluates the A-class component of specific weights' standard uncertainty, and obtains the specific weights' standard uncertainty 8.3 × 10 -6 kg with the addition of other B-class components. This result is much less than the usual evaluation result, which is obtained by pure B-class standard uncertainty analysis. Therefore, the usual assumption that specific weights' mass obeys uniform distribution within maximum error tolerance isn' t in accordance with the actual distribution of specific weights' mass strictly. Moreover, the uncertainty of piston gauge standard obtained in this paper is more authentic than the usual evaluation result.
