基于中医体质学说推拿治疗小儿哮喘缓解期36例

摘　　要：目的 :观察基于中医体质学说推拿治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的效果。方法 :根据患儿体质把36例患儿分为正虚体质、痰湿体质、食积体质,运用小儿推拿分体质治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:临床控制12例,显效14例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。结论 :以中医体质学说指导小儿哮喘缓解期推拿治疗有效,为小儿推拿"治未病"提供了新思路。Objective：To observe the effect of using pediatric massage to treat pediatric asthma in the remis- sion stage according to the constitutionology of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）, Methods：Children with pediatric asthma were divided into deficiency of healthy Qi constitution,phlegm dampness constitution and food accumulation,and were given massage according to the constitution. The effect was observed. Results： Clinical control：12 cases,obviously effective ：14 cases,relieved：8 cases,ineffective：2 cases,with the total ef- fective rate 94.44%. Conclusion：Constitutionology of TCM guides using pediatric massage to treat pediatric asthma in remission stage effectively,which could provide a new way for using pediatric massage to treat the undiseased.
