龙虎钻风散外敷结合医用臭氧注射治疗炎性偏瘫肩痛30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龙虎钻风散外敷结合医用臭氧注射治疗炎性偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例炎性偏瘫肩痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例予龙虎钻风散外敷及肩部臭氧注射治疗,对照组30例予局部中频治疗仪治疗,治疗1个月后进行VAS评分、上肢Fugle-Meyer法评定、ADL评定。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分、上肢Fugle-Meyer功能评分、ADL评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙虎钻风散外敷结合医用臭氧注射治疗炎性偏瘫肩痛有显著疗效。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Longhu Zuanfeng powder combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of inflammatory hemiplegic shoulder pain. Methods： A total of 60 patients with inflammatory hemiplegic shoulder pain were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with external application of Longhu Zuanfeng powder combined with medical ozone injection in the shoulder; the control group was treated with medium- frequency therapy equipment. The Visual Analog Scale（ VAS）,upper limb Fugle- Meyer assessment（ FMA）,and Activities of Daily Living（ ADL） scores were all recorded after one month of treatment. Results： The treatment group had significantly lower VAS,upper limb FMA,and ADL scores than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： External application of Longhu Zuanfeng powder combined with medical ozone injection has good efficacy in the treatment of inflammatory hemiplegic shoulder pain.
