摘　　要：中医学术流派丰富和发展了中医药学理论与实践,其传承研究对于弘扬发展中医学至关重要。本文介绍了中医学术流派的形成与历史背景,论述了中医学术流派的传承与发展模式,对现代中医学术流派传承与发展中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,并结合当前社会大环境及中医学的发展规律,提出了中医学术流派传承与发展的几点对策,为进一步促进中医学术流派的生存壮大提供参考。Academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） have enriched and developed the TCM theory and practice. The study on its inheritance is crucial to developing and expanding TCM. In this paper,the formation and history of TCM academic schools is described; the patterns of its inheritance and development are expounded;some issues on its inheritance and development are discussed; the corresponding countermeasures are put forward on the basis of the current social environment and the developmental laws of TCM to provide a reference for promoting the survival and growth of TCM academic schools.
