摘　　要：消化系统恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康和生命最严重的疾病之一,其对患者产生的病痛折磨和心理压力本身就是一种创伤.本文从发生情况、相关因素、干预措施等方面对消化系统恶性肿瘤患者创伤后成长的研究现状进行综述,旨为临床护理工作提供参考,促进患者产生正性心理变化,提高患者的生活质量.Malignant tumors of the digestive system are one of the most serious diseases that threaten human health and life. The pain and mental stresses caused by digestive system malignancies also belong to a kind of trauma.This paper reviews the prevalence, influencing factors and intervention measures in patients with digestive system malignancies, in order to provide reference for clinical nursing of these patients and thus promote them to generate positive psychological changes and improve their quality of life.
