经济伦理如何通达现实--从亚里士多德到当代思想家的思想撷英

摘　　要：伦理思想史上许多思想家针对经济伦理的实现机制问题提出了许多具有相当重要意义和启示的真知灼见。亚里士多德提出优良政体,实行法治、权力、监督三位一体的美德论方案,霍布斯、洛克、休谟等提出建立政府、保护产权、遵守自然法则的契约论方案,边沁、穆勒提出自由放任、政府适度干预的功利论方案,罗尔斯、诺奇克提出福利国家或最低限度国家的自由主义方案,麦金太尔、沃尔泽、米勒等人提出政府积极作为的社群主义方案,生态主义者提出技术、经济、政治、文化、社会全方位生态化建构的生态主义方案。通过检视这些方案,我们至少可以得出的启示是:落实经济伦理不能脱离政治体制;他律机制是经济伦理通达现实的依凭;制度安排是实现经济伦理的必要支撑。In the history of ethic thoughts,a large number of thinkers have put forward many significant and enlightening penetrating views on the realization mechanism of economic ethics.Aristotle proposed the solution of virtue theory,the trinity of good regime,the implementation of the rule by law and power supervision.Thomas Hobbes,David Hume and John Locke put forward the theory of contract to solve the problem by establishing government,protecting property rights and abiding by the law of nature.Jeremy Bentham and John Stuart Mill propounded utilitarianism including laissez-faire and moderate government intervention.John Rawls and Robert Nozick raised solutions of liberalism concerning welfare state and minimal state.Alasdair Chalmers Maclntyre,Michael Walzer and David Miller brought forward communitarianist solution of active governmental performance.Ecological protectors came up with solutions of ecologism to deal with the problem by ecologically constructing technology,economy,polity,culture and society.By examining these schemes,we can at least draw the following enlightenment：the implementation of economic ethics cannot be divorced from political system;the mechanism of disciplineby-others is the reliance of the realization of economic ethics;institutional arrangement is the necessary support of the achievement of economic ethics.
