摘　　要：汉冶萍公司是近代中国最大的钢、铁、煤联营企业,是一家跨行业、跨省区的经营实体。该公司将钢、铁、煤联营,属于企业组织的创新,在经营管理上形成了一种更为有利的运行机制。该公司兴办之际,正是中国开始走工业化、城市化道路之时。该公司的成立和发展是工业近代化在中国的提升和重塑,不仅带动了相关铁路、码头等的兴起,而且促进了资源型城市在中国的形成和发展。大冶铁矿的兴建和发展促进了黄石市的建立;汉阳铁厂的出现推动了武汉工业和城市的发展;汉冶萍公司对于促进江南煤都萍乡市的兴起和发展更是功不可没。Hanyeping Steel and Iron Corporate, the biggest associated enterprise of steel, iron and coal in modem China,is operating in two provinces. The associated operation of steel,iron and coal is an innovation of organization, which forms a more competitive working mechanism in operational management. It starts up at the time when China takes the road of industrifdization and urbfinization. Its foundation find development displays the advancement and reshaping of industry modernization in China, which promotes not only the spring up of railways and docks,but also the formation and development of resource - based cities in China. The establishment find development of Daye Iron Mine boosts the est￡iblishment of Hufingshi City. Hfinyfing Iron Plant promotes the development of Wuhan and its industry. And the role of Hanyeping Steel and Iron Corporate can＇t be neglected in the formation and development of Pingxiang,a coal city in south Yangtze River.
